Finding the right candidate for a design job can sometimes be a real challenge. There are a lot of aspects that nee d to be covered, but your initial presentation is crucial. As a Design Director at Bornfight, I receive a lot of portfolios and open letters on a weekly basis, but a lot of those applications are not satisfactory because designers don’t present themselves and their work in a right way. This is actually the reason I chose to write this post — to help you out by describing how to find the right job and properly present yourself and your work.
